Don’t be panic, It’s the common problem. The problem is due to application is not recognized. That is a normal problem and now Microsoft has put a quick guide for someone to fix it.
It happen when your operating system upgraded, install a new application or during you accidentally uninstall the Microsoft digital image.
What you can do, if you running in winXP or Vista, please visit the Microsoft Support Website and run the FIX It utility. If you running in win7 you will also find a solution for your problem there.
